ALA is excited to announce that it has reached an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding capital of SCP SINTERSA, Spain’s leading supplier of high-performance electrical interconnection systems to the Aerospace, Defense, Rail and Industrial markets.
SCP Sintersa was founded in 1985 by Jose Luis Garcia Bellido and Carlos Molinos Orderiz, it is headquartered in Madrid with state-of-the-art production facilities in Sevilla and commercial offices in Barcelona and Lisbon, Portugal. Eduardo, Jose-Manuel and Ana Garcia Magro, will remain with the business in their current management roles and will join the ALA global senior leadership team.

ALA commercial leadership in the main European markets and strategic vision will accelerate the international growth plans for SCP SINTERSA’s business model, which is based on close collaboration with customers to drive complex projects forward and to provide most efficient, high-value electrical interconnection solutions at competitive operational costs.
The high-complementarity and combination of customers and products portfolios will generate a pan-European champion with annual sales close to 200 million euros.
