Baglietto Navy, the military division of the historic shipyard based in La Spezia, is pleased to announce its participation in SEAFUTURE, an exhibition dedicated to the defense sector, together with MST Group, based in Bromborough (UK), a company specialized in the design and construction of military naval units up to 32m in length.
At the event, Baglietto will present the world premiere of the COMBAT BOAT 15 project, soon to be delivered to the Italian Navy equipped with a representative model of Leonardo’s Lionfish 12.7 mm Inner Reloading turret. MST will present the FRISC 1200 SPECIAL FORCES project, a rigid hull boat developed on the specific needs of the Special Corps and adopted by most European and non-European countries.
For the occasion, Baglietto Navy, in partnership with MBDA, will present the FFC15 demonstrator in antisurface warfare (ASuW) version, equipped with a representative model of the Marte MK2/N anti-ship missile system, an “all-weather” and “fire and forget” missile that integrates a sophisticated active seeker that allows its use in complex scenarios and near the coast.
Together with Baglietto Navy and MST Group, in the stand on Dock 11 and 12, INVISIO, a Danish company specialized in advanced communication systems for noisy and critical environments, will also be present. With the recently launched ADP – Audio Data Power Hub system, as well as the INTERCOM system, the communication gap between operators on board and those operating far from the vehicle is bridged, seamlessly integrating communications between the vehicle/vessel and the individual INVISIO system with which each individual operator is equipped.
