The SIRENA project (Integrated Solution for National Electroacoustic Reconstruction) presented by ELT Group as a leading company together with other national companies and research centers*, has been awarded the PNS-2025-R-09 call of BATCH 3 of the National Underwater Dimension Pole (PNS) for the development of a Synthetic Aperture SONAR that will allow cutting-edge capabilities in the monitoring of the underwater environment, With important implications, first of all, in the protection of critical underwater infrastructures and in the mapping of the seabed.
It is a project that aims at a primacy of national technological sovereignty and which will also represent an important reference in the world.
