The increase in the operation of the CMN will occur through the technology used in the vehicles, which allows night vision, laser rangefinder, ballistic computer , among other advances. The vehicles are also equipped with Weapons and Command and Control Systems (C²), corroborating to increase the readiness and defense capacity of the national territory.
With this, in addition to increasing the operational capacity of CMN, the new vehicles will contribute to the modernization of the fleet already used in the 23rd Esq C Sl, located in Tucuruí, in the southeast of Pará.
